Ed's Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped almonds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  1. Stir dry stuff.
  2. Combine oil and honey, then stir into dry stuff.
  3. Spread mix evenly on greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 300°F for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Stir after 20 minutes.
  6. Add raisins halfway.
