Cancellation. You may cancel your service for any reason with 30 days' notice. I may cancel your service for any reason with 60 days' notice. I may cancel your service and return your equipment with no notice if you fail to comply with these terms of service.

Fees. Monthly payments must be made on or before the first day of each calendar month. I recommend supplying post-dated cheques. Each bounced cheque will incur a $30 charge.

Overdue accounts. You will not have access to your equipment, and your equipment will not be returned to you, if your account is not paid in full. Also, each overdue invoice will result in a $30 service charge.

Abandoned equipment. Accounts over 30 days past due may be cancelled, with any remaining equipment taken as payment for the overdue amount.

Access. Physical access to your colocated equipment must be specifically arranged ahead of time. You will be escorted by me, or by someone I have specifically authorized for that purpose.

IP space. You will only use IP addresses that I have specifically assigned to you.

Spam. You will not deliberately send spam, or allow spam to be sent from your equipment. You will not use spam to advertise any services hosted by your equipment. You will take the necessary steps to stop any spam-related abuse of your equipment.

Cracking. You will not use your colocated equipment (or the network) to break in to anyone's computer, interfere with anyone else's service, or do anything illegal.

Guarantee. I do not guarantee any particular quality of service or support. If you are not satisfied with the service, your only remedy is to cancel your account.

Liability. I am not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.

Insurance. You are responsible for insuring yourself and your equipment.

Transfer. This agreement is neither transferrable nor transferable.

Spirit. You will abide by the spirit of these terms.
